8. Liability Limitations

9. Emergency Services Disclaimer

While we strive to reach all emergency calls within 30 minutes, response times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors affecting response time include but are not limited to:

• Traffic and weather conditions
• Time of day and service demand
• Complexity of the service required

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
